Licensing & Fair Use

All SystemaFlow systems, downloads, frameworks, resources, app interfaces, written materials and product structures are protected intellectual property.

When you purchase, download or access SystemaFlow materials, you are receiving a licence to use them under these rules. You are not buying ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unauthorised resale, redistribution, copying, cloning or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

1. What This Page Covers

This Licensing & Fair Use page applies to:

• free SystemaFlow downloads
• paid systems and resources
• Mini Packs
• Core Packs
• Vaults
• Masterworks
• guides, documents and written materials
• SystemaFlow frameworks and doctrine

These rules sit alongside our Terms & Conditions. If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, contact:

licensing@systemaflow.com

2. Your Licence

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, SystemaFlow materials are licensed for:

• your own personal use
• your own internal business use
• use inside your own organisation or team

This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.

That means you may use the materials, but you do not own the underlying intellectual property and you cannot pass the licence on to someone else.

3. What You Are Allowed To Do

When you purchase or download a SystemaFlow system, pack or resource, you may:

• use it within your own business or organisation
• duplicate it internally for your own team
• customise it for your own internal workflows
• store it in your internal documentation, SOP library or tool stack
• adapt wording, fields or sections to fit your own operations
• embed it into your day-to-day operating rhythm
• train your own staff on how to use it internally
• use it as part of your own internal business improvement work

You are free to adapt and implement the systems as deeply as you need inside your own organisation. That is what they are built for.

4. What You Are Not Allowed To Do

Without written permission from SystemaFlow, you must not:

• resell any SystemaFlow system, pack, vault, resource or download
• redistribute free or paid SystemaFlow materials publicly
• upload SystemaFlow materials to marketplaces, forums, template libraries or file-sharing sites
• claim SystemaFlow materials, structures, frameworks or doctrine as your own
• copy or recreate SystemaFlow products for commercial distribution
• include SystemaFlow materials inside your own paid product
• bundle SystemaFlow systems into a course, membership, coaching product or client deliverable
• use SystemaFlow materials as part of a paid agency, consultancy or advisory service
• turn SystemaFlow materials into Notion templates, Airtable bases, app templates, AI prompts, documents or tools for resale
• train, fine-tune or build AI tools, datasets or competing products using SystemaFlow materials
• remove copyright, branding, authorship or ownership notices
• make derivative versions for sale, redistribution or public download

This applies to both free and paid materials.

Free does not mean unrestricted.

5. Internal Use vs Commercial Use

Internal use

Internal use means using SystemaFlow materials inside your own business or organisation to improve how your own work runs.

Examples of internal use:

• using a system with your own team
• adapting a pack for your own SOP library
• adding a system into your internal SharePoint, Notion, Google Drive or Microsoft 365 workspace
• using a downloaded system to structure your own weekly review, hiring process, project workflow or operating rhythm

This is allowed.

Commercial use

Commercial use means using SystemaFlow materials to provide value to someone else outside your organisation, especially where money, client delivery, training, consulting or resale is involved.

Examples of commercial use:

• using SystemaFlow systems with clients
• adding SystemaFlow materials to a paid course or membership
• giving SystemaFlow downloads to customers, students or clients
• repackaging SystemaFlow content as your own toolkit
• using SystemaFlow resources inside a client-facing operating system
• converting SystemaFlow systems into paid templates or apps
• using SystemaFlow doctrine, structures or layouts in a competing product

This is not allowed unless you have written permission or a commercial licence.

6. Consultants, Coaches, Agencies and Advisors

If you are a consultant, coach, agency, advisor, freelancer or service provider, you may use SystemaFlow materials to improve your own internal operations.

You may not use SystemaFlow materials directly with clients unless you have written permission.

That means you must not:

• give clients copies of SystemaFlow systems
• charge clients for SystemaFlow materials
• install SystemaFlow packs into a client workspace
• include SystemaFlow systems in a client delivery package
• rebrand SystemaFlow systems as your own methodology
• use SystemaFlow systems as the foundation of a paid implementation offer

If you want to use SystemaFlow with clients, contact:

licensing@systemaflow.com

Commercial licensing and partner options may be available on a case-by-case basis.

7. Free Downloads

Free SystemaFlow downloads are still protected intellectual property.

You may use free downloads for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• upload them elsewhere
• add them to template libraries
• resell them
• use them as lead magnets for your own business
• give them away as part of your own product or service
• recreate them as competing downloads
• claim them as your own

You may share a link to the original SystemaFlow page where the free download is available. Do not share the file itself.

8. Paid Products, Vaults and Masterworks

Paid products, including packs, vaults and Masterworks, are licensed to the purchaser or purchasing organisation.

Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing:

• one purchase covers internal use by the purchasing individual, business or organisation
• files may be shared internally with relevant team members
• files may not be shared with external businesses, clients or public audiences
• files may not be resold, repackaged or redistributed
• access may not be used to create competing products or derivative commercial tools

If you need wider usage rights, multi-organisation rights, client rights or partner rights, contact us first.

9. NextMove App

NextMove is a SystemaFlow-operated app.

Your access to NextMove is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Cookie Policy.

This Licensing & Fair Use page also applies to the intellectual property inside and around NextMove, including:

• app concept and structure
• interface wording
• product naming
• task execution flows
• layouts and design patterns
• documentation and supporting materials
• SystemaFlow-linked operating principles

You must not copy, clone, reverse-engineer, resell or recreate NextMove or its distinctive product structure as a competing product.

You may use the app for your own task execution and internal work, subject to the Terms & Conditions.

10. SystemaFlow Doctrine and Frameworks

SystemaFlow is built systems-first.

Our products are not just isolated documents. They are part of a broader operational framework, including our language, structures, pack architecture, doctrine and way of turning operational work into usable systems.

You must not copy or commercially reuse:

• SystemaFlow doctrine
• framework language
• pack structures
• system architecture
• naming conventions
• product descriptions
• system layouts
• operating principles
• distinctive page structures or product hierarchy

Being “inspired” does not give permission to copy, clone or repackage the work.

11. AI, Scraping and Dataset Use

You may not use SystemaFlow materials to train, fine-tune, prompt, benchmark, populate or build AI systems, datasets, tools or competing products without written permission.

This includes:

• uploading SystemaFlow packs into AI tools to generate competing materials
• scraping SystemaFlow website content or downloads
• creating AI-generated copies or variants of SystemaFlow systems
• building a prompt library based on SystemaFlow materials
• using SystemaFlow content to train a commercial AI product
• using SystemaFlow materials in retrieval databases or knowledge bases for external users

Internal use of AI to help your own team understand or apply a legally purchased SystemaFlow system inside your own organisation may be acceptable, provided the AI tool and use case do not expose, redistribute, train on, or commercialise the materials.

If unsure, ask first.

12. Attribution

Attribution does not make unauthorised use acceptable.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute or commercially reuse SystemaFlow materials simply by crediting SystemaFlow.

If you want to quote or reference SystemaFlow publicly, keep it limited, fair and clearly linked back to the original source.

Do not reproduce full systems, substantial sections, pack structures or downloadable files without permission.

13. Sharing Links vs Sharing Files

You may share links to public SystemaFlow pages.

You may not share private files, paid downloads, gated downloads, purchase links, customer-only materials or direct file copies with people outside your licensed use.

Allowed:

• sharing a link to a public SystemaFlow blog
• sharing a link to a public free download page
• recommending a SystemaFlow product page

Not allowed:

• emailing paid files to another business
• uploading a downloaded system to a public folder
• sharing customer-only download links
• posting full systems in a group, community or marketplace
• adding SystemaFlow files to a shared client drive

14. If You Break These Rules

SystemaFlow materials are copyright-protected intellectual property.

If our content is cloned, resold, redistributed, scraped, re-uploaded or commercially misused, we may take action.

This may include:

• revoking access
• removing download access
• suspending accounts
• issuing takedown notices
• contacting platforms, marketplaces or hosts
• sending cease-and-desist correspondence
• pursuing payment for unauthorised commercial use
• taking legal action where necessary

We would rather resolve issues cleanly, but we will protect the work.

15. Reporting Misuse

If you see SystemaFlow materials being misused, copied, resold or redistributed, contact:

report@systemaflow.com

Please include:

• the link or location of the misuse
• screenshots if available
• the platform or marketplace involved
• any relevant account, seller or product name

We investigate misuse reports seriously.

16. Commercial Licensing

If you want to use SystemaFlow materials beyond normal internal use, contact us.

Commercial licensing may be appropriate if you want to:

• use SystemaFlow systems with clients
• install systems into client workspaces
• train client teams using SystemaFlow materials
• include SystemaFlow in an advisory or consulting package
• create a partner bundle
• use SystemaFlow as part of a business transformation programme
• discuss reseller, affiliate, certification or implementation options

Commercial licensing is handled case by case.

17. The Spirit of This

SystemaFlow exists to help real businesses run better.

We want users to adapt the systems, build with them, improve their operations and make them part of how work gets done.

That is the point.

But there is a clear line between using the systems and exploiting the work.

Use them internally. Build better processes. Train your team. Improve your operations.

Do not clone, resell, repackage or redistribute the work.

18. Final Word

SystemaFlow is built on depth, not duplication.

Respect the structure, use it properly, and we are good.

If you are unsure whether your use is allowed, ask before acting.
