Refund Policy


At SystemaFlow, we sell digital systems, downloads, audits, resources and app-based tools designed to provide immediate access and long-term operational value.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

It applies to SystemaFlow products and services including free and paid systems, packs, vaults, Masterworks, audits, digital resources and any paid NextMove app access or subscription where applicable.

1. Digital Products and Downloads

Most SystemaFlow products are digital products delivered instantly or shortly after checkout.

These may include:

• systems and downloadable files
• Mini Packs
• Core Packs
• Vaults
• Masterworks
• guides, documents and resources
• free downloads delivered through Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy or another checkout/download provider

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied and used immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise required by law.

2. When Refunds Are Not Usually Offered

We do not usually offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• purchasing the wrong product
• not reading the product description before purchase
• expecting features, files, systems or services not listed on the product page
• deciding you no longer need the product after access is delivered
• lack of time to use the product
• not achieving a specific business, productivity or operational outcome
• duplicate internal use by your team after purchase
• failure to download the files within a reasonable time after access is provided

Every product page aims to explain what is included, who it is for and how it works before purchase.

3. Access Issues

If you have paid for a product and cannot access it, contact us at:

support@systemaflow.com

We will look into the issue and, where appropriate, help you access the product, resend access details, check the order, or resolve delivery problems.

If a product cannot be supplied or access cannot reasonably be restored, we will review the situation fairly.

4. Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Digital Content

If a digital product is faulty, missing key files, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its product description, contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may:

• provide replacement files
• correct the issue
• resend access
• offer an updated version
• provide a partial or full refund where required or appropriate

This policy does not remove your statutory rights.

5. Purchases Made in Error

If you believe you purchased something in error, email us at:

support@systemaflow.com

Include:

• the email address used for purchase
• the product purchased
• the order reference, if available
• a short explanation of what happened

We do not guarantee refunds for mistaken purchases once access has been delivered, but we will review genuine errors fairly.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same or clearly linked account details, contact us.

Where we can verify a genuine duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate transaction or provide another fair remedy.

7. Audits and Services

Some SystemaFlow products are service-based, such as audits, reports or operational reviews.

Refunds for audits and services depend on the stage of work.

Refunds are less likely to be available once:

• your intake form has been submitted
• review or analysis has started
• a report has been drafted
• the audit or service has been delivered
• booked or reserved delivery capacity has already been used

If there is an issue with an audit or service, contact us and we will review it fairly.

8. Subscriptions and App Access

Some SystemaFlow or NextMove features may be offered as paid subscriptions or recurring app access in the future.

Where subscriptions apply:

• cancelling a subscription stops future billing where supported
• cancellation does not automatically refund previous billing periods
• access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise
• failed payments may restrict access
• refunds may depend on the checkout provider, billing platform, applicable law and the circumstances of the request

Subscription management may be handled through a third-party checkout provider such as Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad.

9. Free Downloads

Free downloads are provided at no cost and therefore do not carry a refund value.

However, free downloads are still protected by our Terms & Conditions and Licensing & Fair Use rules.

We may update, remove, replace or stop offering free downloads at any time.

10. Checkout Providers

We may use third-party checkout or download providers such as Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad.

Refund handling may involve the checkout provider and may be subject to their processing times, platform rules, tax handling and payment method restrictions.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

11. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, we will aim to process it within a reasonable time.

The time it takes for money to appear back in your account may depend on:

• payment method
• bank/card provider
• checkout provider
• currency conversion
• tax handling
• fraud or compliance checks

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

For example, under UK consumer law, digital content should be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If digital content is faulty, consumers may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement or, in some cases, a price reduction or refund.

To request help with access, a refund review, a duplicate purchase or a product issue, email:

Please include:

• your name
• purchase email address
• product name
• order reference, if available
• a clear explanation of the issue
• screenshots if useful

We’ll review the request and respond as fairly as possible.
